We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, capable of ensuring the safety and protection of our premises, employees, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to maintain safety and security.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular security checks.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and effectively.
- Enforce company policies and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities.
- Assist visitors and staff in a courteous manner while ensuring security protocols are followed.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in security or related field.
- Certification in security management or related discipline is preferred.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
