Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Security Area Officer. The Security Area Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned areas by supervising security personnel and managing daily operations. Key tasks include preparing duty rosters, conducting regular security patrols, responding to incidents, maintaining compliance with safety protocols, and liaising with clients to address security concerns. The officer will also work closely with the management team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-standard security services.
Qualifications
- Leadership and supervisory skills to manage, train, and oversee security personnel effectively.
- Operational and organizational skills to plan security measures, prepare rosters, and coordinate resources across multiple sites.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address security incidents and ensure rapid responses to emergencies.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders and to convey security information clearly.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, security operations, and compliance with local regulations.
- Physical fitness and readiness to perform security-related duties, including patrolling and emergency response activities.
- Relevant certifications or training in security management are a plus.
- Experience in a similar security role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic technology and reporting tools is advantageous.
