The Saviynt Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of identity and access management (IAM) solutions using the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC). This role requires a deep understanding of IAM concepts, hands-on Saviynt configuration skills, and experience in integrating with enterprise applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Lead end-to-end Saviynt IAM solution design, configuration, and deployment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM strategy, access governance policies, and role-based access control (RBAC) models.
• Manage Saviynt integrations with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, ServiceNow, and cloud applications (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Customize Saviynt workflows, connectors, analytics, and access request processes.
• Lead, mentor, and groom a team of Saviynt developers and support engineers.
• Define and enforce identity lifecycle management processes joiner, mover, leaver (JML).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Saviynt and IAM processes.
• Prepare architecture documents, technical design documents, and operational runbooks.
• Work with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure IAM controls meet regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
• Participate in roadmap planning and continuous improvement of the IAM platform.
• Contribute to knowledge base development, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement initiatives across the IAM practice.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform.

• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and frameworks.
• Experience with identity and access management solutions.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
• Ability to assess and mitigate security risks in cloud environments.
  
  

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
