Summary: Manage Active Directory (AD) Services: Oversee the configuration, administration, and maintenance of Active Directory services for clients, ensuring smooth authentication and authorization processes. Perform data reporting for non-compliance, Upgrade the OS version, coordinate to deploy the server monitoring agents, perform validation & troubleshooting from health check reports. Participate for failover testing for redundancy. Roles & Responsibilities: -Provide 24x7 Support: Offer round-the-clock support for US-based clients during night shifts, addressing AD, Azure, Entra ID -related issues, inquiries, and escalations promptly and effectively. Configure AD Group Policies: Set up and maintain AD integrations and access policies to align with client requirements and security standards. -Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with other teams, including security, operations, and development, to integrate Active Directory services seamlessly with client systems and applications. -Ensure Security Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as GDPR and HIPAA, to safeguard client data and systems. Ensure that the AD groups validation and other compliance tests are timely performed for compliance with client requirements. -Document Processes and Troubleshooting Steps: Create comprehensive documentation of Active Directory configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures for reference and knowledge sharing within the team. Share knowledge by documenting information from new learning, participate for problem management or management attention notifications in timely manner. -Perform System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor Active Directory systems for performance issues, anomalies, and security threats, proactively taking corrective actions and performing routine maintenance tasks as needed. -Stay Updated on Active Directory Technology: Stay abreast of the latest developments and updates in Active Directory technologies, attending training sessions and obtaining relevant certifications to enhance expertise and effectiveness in the role. -Coordinate with Vendors and Drive Independently: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor communication, liaising with Microsoft representatives to address product-related inquiries, resolve technical issues, and drive service improvements independently. Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and driving continuous improvement in Active Directory, Entra ID services and support. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have:- 5 years relevant experience with below skills -Active Directory -Experience working with AD replication issues -Domain controller promotion/demotion activities -Stale object cleanup. -GPO policies validation/troubleshooting. -DNS, DHCP, network ports experience -Azure Entra ID -Certified with Microsoft SC-300 examination. -Experience in troubleshooting application registration issues. -Entra ID sync issues/troubleshooting. -Experience with AAD - Good To Have Skills: Thales EKMS, Thales (Safenet/Blackshield), PowerBI, App proxy, PKI, SSL certificates, ADFS, Encryption.
