Description

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with 7-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications through thorough performance testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

Design and execute performance testing strategies for applications and systems.
Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Develop and maintain performance testing scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Monitor application performance in real-time and report any discrepancies or issues.
Continuously improve performance testing processes and practices.

Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in performance testing and analysis.
Proficient in performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling.
Strong understanding of application architecture and performance metrics.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Java for automation purposes.
Knowledge of monitoring tools like AppDynamics, New Relic, or Grafana.
Experience in working with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
