Summary:

A skilled Implementation Specialist to lead the Integration and adoption of CrowdStrike, ARMIS, and ServiceNow solutions within our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cybersecurity posture and streamlining IT operations. This position requires deep expertise in cybersecurity platforms, IT service management, and ServiceNow Risk & Security modules.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and integration of CrowdStrike endpoint protection across the enterprise.

Manage the deployment and adoption of ARMIS asset intelligence solutions.

Lead ServiceNow (SNOW) platform rollouts, focusing on ITSM, ITSOM, ITAM, and Risk & Security modules.

Configure and optimize ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Incident Response, and Vulnerability Response modules.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless platform adoption and operational alignment.

Develop and document best practices for platform use and maintenance.

Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills: Proficiency in CrowdStrike Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), ARMIS & ServiceNow.

Proven experience in implementing and managing CrowdStrike and ARMIS solutions.

Extensive knowledge & experience of ServiceNow ITSM, ITSOM, ITAM, and Risk & Security modules.

Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), GRC, IRM, Security Incident Response, and Vulnerability Response.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and IT operations.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in CrowdStrike Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), ARMIS & ServiceNow.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
