Summary:

We are seeking skilled Operations Engineers specializing in PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) support and administration.

As an identity operations professional, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting the PingOne AIC platform, ensuring availability, security, and smooth day-to-day operations of identity services including SSO, federation, and user lifecycle management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain PingOne AIC environments (Sandbox, Dev, Production).
• Manage user lifecycle activities including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access updates.
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and authentication flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and integration errors.
• Manage email templates, journeys, identity providers, and authentication policies.
• Perform configuration changes, patch validations, and release deployments.
• Coordinate with development teams for enhancements and defect resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and governance standards.
• Support application onboarding and certificate/key management activities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Fundamental to intermediate understanding of PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC).
• Experience in CIAM operations, incident management, and environment support.
• Knowledge of authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and basic scripting.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, logging analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps processes (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts or on-call support models (if required).
• Quick learner, team player, and proactive problem solver.
