Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to design, enhance, and support enterprise IAM solutions. The role involves end-to-end development of SailPoint components, including rules, workflows, connectors, lifecycle processes, and system integrations. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in customization, troubleshooting, and delivering scalable IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize SailPoint IIQ components, including workflows, lifecycle events, rules (BeanShell), certification processes, and role models.
- Develop and enhance connectors (AD, LDAP, JDBC, REST/Web Services, SCIM, and custom connectors) for account provisioning and aggregation.
- Implement and optimize identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Rehire), including correlation logic, attribute mappings, and authoritative source onboarding.
- Develop and maintain provisioning logic, transformation rules, approval workflows, policies, and custom triggers.
- Build REST/SOAP integrations, data feeds, and synchronization logic between IIQ and external systems.
- Perform code reviews, impact analysis, and technical documentation for all enhancements and configuration changes.
- Debug production issues, analyze logs, and implement long-term fixes for defects in workflows, tasks, and rules.
- Support environment migrations, version upgrades, and rollout of new capabilities across non-prod and production environments.
- Work closely with operations, architecture, and application teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions.
- Ensure adherence to security standards, best practices, and compliance requirements in all developments.
- Implement and manage CI/CD processes using Jenkins, including code merge management, automated build pipelines, and deployment of SailPoint components across environments.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- -hands-on development experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong expertise in BeanShell, Java, and SailPoint API.
- Experience with LCM workflows, provisioning policies, approval workflows, and certification configuration.
- Deep understanding of Identity Cube, correlation rules, aggregation logic, and lifecycle event triggers.
- Hands-on experience with JDBC, LDAP, AD, REST/SOAP connectors, and custom connector development.
- Knowledge of Identity Governance, RBAC, access models, and entitlements.
- Strong troubleshooting experience using logs, debug mode, and system health analysis.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Maven, Jenkins, or similar tools is preferred.
- Experience with Tomcat, web servers, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
