About The Role - Security Analyst
In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team that shapes the future of Security Operations. We are looking for candidates with 4+ years of experience to help build an AI-Augmented SOC that evolves beyond traditional manual triage. You will leverage an autonomous security engine to filter noise, allowing you to move from manual data processing to strategic threat containment. Reporting to our Senior Manager, Security Operations, you will provide the final human judgment on complex escalations while operating on a rotational shift basis to ensure 24/7 coverage.
What You'll Do
- Lead containment and remediation of validated threats using AI-generated summaries to bypass manual incident timeline building.
- Collaborate with security engineers to expand the detection library and focus on identifying subtle, behavioral anomalies.
- Drive continuous improvement by tuning security consoles, adding exclusions, and refining detection logic to reduce sensor noise.
- Ensure quality and reliability by creating high-quality Knowledge Articles (KAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for global SOC workflows.
- Contribute to innovation by assisting in the deployment of next-generation security agents and behavior-based detection models.
Must-Have Skills
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience (4+ years) in Cybersecurity, with a solid understanding of DLP, SIEM/EDR platforms, and endpoint security.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex log data sources and identify anomalous behaviors.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting professional security interviews and documenting auditable logic trails.
- Ability to deliver results in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to AI/ML and proficiency in automation (Python/Bash) for security monitoring.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or GIAC (GSEC).
- Experience in SaaS or global enterprise software environments.
