Security Analyst

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Security Analyst to join our team at Inspira Enterprise India. The primary purpose of this role is to manage and monitor security incidents, ensure compliance with security policies, and maintain the integrity of the organization's IT infrastructure. This involves daily incident management, DLP monitoring, IT downtime management, audit coordination, and SIEM integration.

Purpose:

The L1 Security Analyst is responsible for managing and monitoring security incidents, ensuring compliance with security policies, and maintaining the integrity of the organization's IT infrastructure. The role involves daily incident management, DLP monitoring, IT downtime management, audit coordination, and SIEM integration.

Main Priorities:

• Daily management and monitoring of security incidents.
• Governance and implementation of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
• Coordination and communication during IT downtimes.
• Compliance with audit requirements and Cert-In guidelines.
• Integration and maintenance of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.

Key Outputs:

• Incident reports and alerts monitoring.
• Maintenance of incident trackers and dashboards.
• Governance documents for DLP solutions.
• Audit evidence and compliance reports.
• SIEM integration plans and updates.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of SOC (Security Operations Center) incident management.
• Proficiency in DLP and SIEM tools.
• Ability to analyze and manage IT downtime incidents.
• Knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Cert-In guidelines and Indicators of Compromise (IOC) enforcement.

Certifications:

• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• Any OEM certification related to DLP or SIEM
