Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, SecOps, etc.) • Build scripts, workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP) • Support enhancements, upgrades, and platform maintenance Required Skills: • 2–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development • Strong JavaScript and Glide API knowledge • Experience with ITSM modules Good to Have: • Experience with ServiceNow SecOps / GRC • Cybersecurity domain exposure • ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD) Education: Bachelors Degree
