Job Description

  • Lead and oversee financial operations related to construction and infrastructure projects, especially in the railway and metro sectors
  • Monitor and control budgeting, forecasting, cost estimation, and financial planning for project execution
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, government regulations, and internal financial policies
  • Oversee preparation and analysis of financial statements, project reports, and audits
  • Manage allocation and utilization of project funds, including reconciliation of expenditures
  • Coordinate with project, engineering, and procurement teams to align financial planning with execution timelines
  • Liaise with government bodies, PSUs, and SPVs for financial reporting, fund releases, and contract-related financial management
  • Supervise vendor payments, taxation, statutory compliance, and cash flow management
  • Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and project sustainability
  • Maintain documentation for financial audits and support internal/external audit teams
