Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Excellence: Spearhead digital marketing strategy for Kia India, guiding internal teams and agency partners to strengthen the brand's digital thought leadership.
- Integrated Strategy: Collaborate across Marketing & PR divisions to design cohesive, result-driven marketing strategies aligned with the business plan.
- Content Leadership: Drive integrated digital communication plans that position Kia as a content leader across digital platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to support all digital communication requirements with seamless execution.
- Digital & Hyperlocal Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends, identifying and adopting new platforms and techniques to enhance competitiveness.
- Performance Marketing: Develop and execute robust hyperlocal digital media strategies across SEM, Programmatic, Social, and Display channels in collaboration with agencies and regional offices.
- ROI & Analytics: Define and monitor campaign KPIs, cost efficiencies, and ROI benchmarks; optimize performance through data-driven insights.
- Regional & Dealer Enablement: Work closely with regional offices, dealerships, and partners to ensure effective implementation of localized marketing initiatives.
- Dealer Marketing Oversight: Streamline dealer marketing operations through coordinated agency and internal team management for accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Mass Communication, or Marketing.
- Experience: 1418years of relevant experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Media Planning, preferably with a focus on Hyperlocal or regional campaigns.
- Automotive brand (OEM) experience preferred; candidates with a proven track record of managing large automotive brands from the agency side will also be considered.
