Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

CMM create new programme through cad models and modify if needed of new and existing projects.
Sub assembly inspection and layout inspection
New project event sample layout inspection on standard room inspection machines .
New event sample part data collection during events and sample making
Inspection of fixtures and jigs on CMM
Inventory and spare management of CMM

Our Requirements

4+ Years of relevant experience
Diploma/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge of inspection on high accuracy machines specially CMM, roundness, contour etc.
Knowledge of GD&T, inspection and performance parameters knowledge
Knowledge of SPC study and criteria
Knowledge of drawing reading, visual and feeling criteria of product as per process
CMM programming through cad models and manually.
Awareness of new product development process
