Development of Forging Part (Hot, Warm & Cold)

KRA

  • Raising of RFQ and Taking Quotation from supplier
  • Commercial and Technical Comparison
  • Negotiation with Supplier
  • VA/VE Work Shop
  • Development Review with Supplier as per MDS

KPI

  • New Supplier Development and New Part Development
  • Supplier consolidation and risk mitigation in supply chain
  • Cost Optimization through VAVE, Localization and benchmarking
  • Timely development of NPD Part as per project timeline
  • Ensure & Confirm the supplier capacity as per requirement

Skills Required

  • Product knowledge
  • Drawing reading
  • Basic Costing knowledge
  • Good Communication Skills
  • ERP
  • MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint
  • Qualification - Diploma / B.Tech. (Mechanical)
