Key Responsibilities

Safeguarding and Well-being

• Promote and uphold the physical, emotional, and academic well-being of students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Induction and Onboarding

• Participate in a structured induction programme to integrate smoothly into OIS.
• Understand school policies, curriculum frameworks, and teaching methodologies.

Professional Development

• Engage in ongoing professional development aligned with the school's strategic objectives.
• Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance subject expertise and teaching strategies.

Teaching and Learning Support

• Plan, develop, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for secondary students.
• Foster students language skills, literary appreciation, and cultural awareness.
