We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone who is well-versed in performance marketing and has experience working in an agency environment.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable ROI for clients.
Responsibilities- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Plan campaign strategies based on client goals and industry
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions and ROI
- Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies
- Create and test ad creatives and messaging
- Set up and manage conversion tracking and analytics
- Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights
- Work closely with account managers and clients
- Stay updated with platform changes and industry trends
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Agency experience is required
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
