SEO Team Lead Job Description (Short & Point-wise)
- Conduct keyword research and develop keyword strategies.
- Generate content ideas and optimize existing content for better rankings.
- Plan and manage website architecture and page hierarchy.
- Perform on-page SEO for homepage, landing pages, blogs, and product pages.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix issues (site speed, crawl errors, duplicate content).
- Perform complete SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page) for both mobile and desktop.
- Implement local & international SEO strategies including Google My Business optimization.
- Track SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, rankings, domain authority) and suggest improvements.
- Analyze competitors SEO strategies and create plans to outperform them.
- Stay updated with latest SEO trends, algorithms, and tools.
- 1+ year experience as an SEO Team Lead or similar role preferred.
- Digital Marketing Agency experience is a plus.
