Key Responsibilities
- Optimize website for Google News inclusion and ranking
- Improve visibility in Google Discover feed
- Implement structured data (News Article, Article schema)
- Improve E-E-A-T signals and content authority
- Create Discover-friendly content strategy
- Analyze traffic from Google Search Console (Discover & News tab)
- Improve CTR through headline optimization
- Fix indexing & crawling issues
- Work closely with content & development team
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google News Publisher Center
- Experience in getting sites approved in Google News
- Deep understanding of Google Discover algorithm
- Schema markup & Technical SEO knowledge
- Core Web Vitals optimization
- Experience with WordPress (Astra theme preferred)
- Google Search Console & GA4 expertise
- Headline psychology & CTR optimization

- Experience working with Tech / Blockchain / Crypto niche websites
