About the Role:
We are looking for an SEO Strategist who can think, execute, and scale growth aggressively. This role requires someone who is extremely hands-on and comfortable working in a startup environment where experimentation, speed, and ownership matter.
You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that drive rankings, traffic, and authority from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute end-to-end SEO strategy
- Conduct deep keyword and competitor research
- Identify content and backlink opportunities
- Plan and manage technical SEO improvements
- Work closely with content and backlink teams
- Track rankings, traffic, and growth metrics
- Continuously test new growth tactics and experiments
- Train and guide junior SEO team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and link building
- Experience using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console
- Ability to move fast and execute
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Highly analytical with a growth mindset
