Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Role Objective

We are looking for a Sr. SEO Strategist & Execution Lead who can revive, scale, and future-proof organic growth. The role requires strong ownership in improving rankings for website and others high-intent product keywords, while also building visibility across AI-driven search ecosystems such as Google AI Mode and ChatGPT.

This is not just an execution role it is a strategic growth role with accountability for traffic, rankings, and AI discoverability.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute end-to-end SEO strategy

Improve stagnant keyword rankings and organic growth

Lead keyword research, clustering, and mapping

Optimize product, category, and content pages

Resolve technical SEO issues and improve site health

Develop AI SEO strategies for ChatGPT, Google AI, and other platforms

Build topical authority and manage blog strategy

Drive high-quality backlink and authority-building campaigns

Track performance and deliver weekly/monthly reports

KPIs / Success Metrics

Growth in keyword rankings (Top 10)

Increase in organic traffic and conversions

Improvement in AI visibility and brand mentions

Content performance and engagement metrics

Technical SEO health improvements

Required Skills & Expertise

58 years of eCommerce SEO experience

Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog)

Experience with Magento or large-scale websites

Understanding of AI search and LLM-based platforms

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
