Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work from home. The specialist will conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and perform regular SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement. Daily responsibilities include optimizing on-page elements such as metadata, headings, content structure, and internal linking to improve search visibility and user experience. The role involves managing and monitoring link-building initiatives, collaborating with content and development teams, and ensuring SEO best practices are implemented across web properties. The specialist will track and report on key SEO metrics using web analytics tools and provide clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and develop data-driven SEO strategies.
- Experience conducting SEO Audits and implementing technical and content-related recommendations.
- Skills in Link Building, including ethical outreach, backlink analysis, and authority development.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar) for performance tracking and reporting.
- Strong On-Page SEO skills, including optimizing titles, meta descriptions, headers, content, images, and URL structures.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Ability to collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in IT services or consulting environments and knowledge of B2B digital marketing are beneficial.
