Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, be comfortable working with data and SEO tools, and be passionate about improving website visibility and organic search performance across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB) for local and national clients.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute on-page SEO activities, including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and URL structuring.
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to implement improvements.
- Execute link-building activities to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative sources.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and user intent.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and link building.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of technical SEO concepts such as site structure, indexing, crawling, and page speed optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of basic HTML and website structure.
