We are looking for a skilled AI SEO Expert with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO and Analytics. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a data-driven mindset and a strong understanding of how AI tools can amplify organic growth and revenue. You will work cross-functionally with product, technology, content, and marketing teams to drive measurable improvements in search visibility, user experience, and business outcomes.
Technical SEO & International SEO
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues hindering site performance, including Mobile Usability, Crawling, Structured Data, Core Web Vitals, Page Speed, and Rendering
- Perform comprehensive Technical SEO Audits using Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to identify and fix issues affecting search visibility
- Collaborate with the technology team to implement website code optimisations, URL Architecture, Canonical Tags, and Structured Data (JSON-LD, Schema Markup)
- Analyse website traffic, internal linking structures, indexing data, log files, and other elements to provide actionable recommendations for optimisation
- Monitor and optimise XML Sitemap and Robots.txt files regularly to ensure efficient crawling and indexing by search engine bots
- Implement and manage hreflang tags across international and multilingual web properties to ensure correct language/region targeting, resolve hreflang conflicts, and validate implementation using tools like Screaming Frog and GSC International Targeting reports
- Collaborate with content and outreach teams to build high-quality external links that boost website visibility in search engines
- Create and maintain GA4 dashboards and custom reports (Explorations, Funnels, Path Analysis) to deliver actionable SEO and CRO insights to stakeholders
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in Technical SEO with a portfolio of measurable results
- Proficiency in Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and GTM
- Hands-on experience with LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity for automating and enhancing SEO tasks including content optimisation, keyword clustering, schema generation, and search intent analysis.
- Deep understanding of hreflang tag implementation for multi-language/multi-region websites
- Experience with CRO tools (Google Optimize, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity, Browsee)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON-LD structured data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
