We built one of India's most differentiated corporate gifting & employee onboarding platforms bootstrapped, profitable, and growing fast. Clients include Zepto, SentinelOne, Aftershoot

Our core product: a self-ordering portal where new hires order their own onboarding kits using their own IDs. HR does nothing. The employee remembers everything.

We've grown on word-of-mouth and founder-led sales. Now we want organic search to do the heavy lifting and we need the right person to own it.

The Role

You'll be our first dedicated SEO hire. No hand-holding, no legacy mess. A blank canvas, a genuinely differentiated product, and a founder who moves fast.

Your mission: when an HR leader Googles employee onboarding kit vendor India we show up first. Every time.

What You'll Own

→ Keyword strategy across high-intent B2B terms — onboarding kits, corporate gifting platform, branded merchandise India, and more → On-page SEO — meta tags, schema, page structure, internal linking → Content engine — blog, case studies, landing pages. You'll write or brief, not just plan → Technical SEO — site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability → Competitor gap analysis — others are ranking for keywords that should be ours. Fix that → Backlink building — PR mentions, industry roundups, directory listings → Monthly reporting against traffic, rankings, and lead quality — not vanity metrics

What We're Looking For

→ 2–4 years of B2B or SaaS SEO experience — agency or in-house, both work → Fluent with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console — not just familiar → Can write decent copy, or brief a writer and edit properly → Has actually moved rankings — not just made decks about it. Bring proof → Obsessive about search intent, not just volume → Bonus: experience in e-commerce, merch, gifting, or HR-tech adjacent spaces
