Job Overview:We are seeking a performance-driven SEO Specialist with a strong understanding of search engine optimization and a proven track record in a marketing agency environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities
- Implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, content optimization, URL structuring, internal linking)
- Execute off-page SEO activities including high-quality link building
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for fixes
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions; share regular performance reports
- Optimize website content to improve search visibility and user experience
- Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
- Manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website structures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
