Job Description

Role Summary

The SEO Executive will be responsible for improving the company's online visibility by implementing

effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. The role focuses on driving organic traffic,

improving keyword rankings, and supporting digital marketing objectives through data-driven SEO

practices.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking.
  • Ensure SEO-friendly content structure and alignment with search intent.

Off-Page SEO

  • Plan and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Manage outreach for backlinks, guest posts, and digital PR activities.
  • Monitor and analyze backlink profiles and competitor SEO strategies.

Technical SEO

  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed, mobile

responsiveness, and indexing issues.

  • Coordinate with developers to implement SEO best practices.
  • Ensure proper use of schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO

tools.

  • Prepare regular SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and user behavior.

Content & Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop SEO-driven content.
  • Optimize existing content and suggest new content ideas based on keyword trends.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing (freshers with strong SEO knowledge may

apply).

  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush,

Arefs, or similar.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), and website architecture.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with local SEO and mobile SEO.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and social media integration.
  • Familiarity with paid search and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
