Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical) to dominate search rankings for high-intent IT and SaaS keywords.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or specialized SEO AI) to streamline keyword clustering, content briefs, and data analysis without sacrificing quality.
- Perform rigorous SEO audits focusing on site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and crawlability to ensure a peak-performing website.
- Drive brand authority and referral traffic through strategic engagement on LinkedIn and Reddit, positioning our product as a thought leader in technical communities.
- Collaborate on broader digital marketing campaigns, ensuring SEO alignment with paid search, email marketing, and lead generation efforts.
- Monitor and report on KPIs using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and advanced SEO suites (Ahrefs/SEMrush) to prove ROI.
- Work closely with Product and Dev teams to implement technical fixes and with Content teams to align search intent with user education.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of proven SEO experience, with at least 1 year of mandatory experience in an IT product-based company.
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape, SaaS metrics, and how IT buyers search for solutions.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity, from automating metadata generation to analyzing large sets of ranking data.
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn (personal branding/company page growth) and Reddit (navigating subreddits and organic community building).
- Expert-level command of Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Solid understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS as it relates to SEO implementation.
- Ability to turn complex data into actionable growth experiments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
- Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing tools.
- A portfolio of successful Viral or High-Engagement posts on professional social networks.
