Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented SEO Manager to enhance our online visibility and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and generate high-quality leads. This role requires expertise in on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for website structure, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Analyze SEO performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and organic conversion rates.
• Support content marketing initiatives with SEO-driven recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+years of proven experience in Search Engine Optimization.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO platforms.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
• Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with local SEO and international SEO strategies.
• Knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
• Basic understanding of PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
