Role Overview

As an Organic Growth Manager, you will own end-to-end organic growth across platforms—bringing together SEO, content strategy, and analytics to drive qualified traffic, engagement, and conversions for BFSI products.

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Own Organic Growth Strategy:

  • Build and execute SEO-led growth strategies across web and content ecosystems
  • Identify high-impact opportunities across search, content, and discover platforms

SEO & Content Excellence:

  • Lead keyword research, search intent mapping, and content planning
  • Optimize existing content and create scalable content frameworks
  • Drive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives

Performance & Analytics:

  • Track and improve key metrics: traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
  • Build dashboards and present actionable insights

BFSI-Focused Content Strategy:

  • Translate complex financial products into user-first content
  • Work across products like insurance, loans, credit cards, investments, savings

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with product, design, tech, and marketing teams to drive growth initiatives
  • Align SEO with broader business and campaign goals
  • Experimentation & Innovation:
  • Run A/B tests on content formats, landing pages, and CTAs
  • Explore new channels (AI search, voice, communities, etc.)

What We're Looking For

  • 7-10 years of experience in SEO / Organic Growth / Content Strategy
  • Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and content optimization
  • Experience in BFSI domain (Banking, Insurance, Investments, Fintech) Mandatory
  • Proven track record of driving organic traffic and business outcomes
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in SEO tools
  • Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) / AI-driven search trends
  • Ability to simplify complex financial topics into engaging content
  • Strong project management and stakeholder handling skills
  • Understand the business and funnel to work on reports with MIS & Analytics teams and presentations for management

Good to Have

  • Experience with programmatic SEO / scalable content systems
  • Familiarity with CRO and UX best practices
  • Experience working with agencies or managing multiple brands
