Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and scale the organic growth strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. The SEO Manager will define and implement a unified SEO vision that drives traffic, improves keyword rankings, and strengthens the organic visibility of ASL's digital ecosystem globally.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of leading multi-brand SEO initiatives, managing teams, collaborating with content, product, and tech teams, and delivering measurable business growth from organic channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and own the SEO strategy, ensuring alignment with brand's marketing objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities through unified keyword frameworks, content clusters, and cross-domain SEO initiatives.
  • Collaborate with brand, content, and product teams to ensure SEO is embedded into every digital project and campaign.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of SEO executives and analysts.
  • Technical SEO & Site Health
  • Conduct periodic technical audits across all brand websites to ensure crawlability, indexation,
  • Core Web Vitals, and site architecture best practices.
  • Partner with tech and product teams to implement scalable fixes that enhance organic performance.
  • Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and lead proactive optimization measures.
  • On-Page & Content Optimization
  • Define the keyword strategy and topic clusters across countries, products, and user journeys.
  • Guide the optimization of blogs, landing pages, and program-specific content for maximum search visibility and engagement.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to maintain SEO consistency and strengthen E-E-A-T signals.
  • Off-Page & Authority Building
  • Build and execute a group-level backlink strategy, leveraging PR, partnerships, and high-authority guest posting.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-link between ASL brands to enhance topical relevance and domain authority.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs (traffic, keyword rankings, conversions) across all brands using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other tools.
  • Create dashboards and insight reports to present results and recommendations to the marketing leadership.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify new ranking opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

46 years of proven SEO experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or lead role.

Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO in multi-domain or international setups.

Experience working with content-heavy, high-traffic platforms and managing SEO across multiple brands.

Proficient with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate SEO metrics into actionable insights.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Good to Have:

Experience in the study abroad, education, or travel sector.

Familiarity with global SEO (UK, US, Australia, and India) and localization strategies.

Exposure to lead-generation and performance-driven SEO environments.
