Traya is a direct-to-consumer hair care brand platform provides a holistic treatment for consumers dealing with hairloss. The Company provides personalized consultations that help determine the root cause of hair fall among individuals, along with a range of hair care products that are curated from a combination of Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition. Traya's secret lies in the power of diagnosis. Our unique platform diagnoses the patient's hair & health history, to identify the root cause behind hair fall and delivers customized hair kits to them right at their doorstep. We have a strong adherence system in place via medically-trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, where we guide the customer across their hair growth journey, and help them stay on track. Traya is founded by Saloni Anand, a techie-turned-marketeer and Altaf Saiyed, a Stanford Business School alumnus.

Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.

What You'll Own
On-Page SEO & Content Strategy
- Lead content planning across lead magnets, blogs, topical hubs, transcreation pages, and user search journeys
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and cluster planning for categories like female pattern hair loss, male baldness, PCOS, dandruff, and advanced treatments
- Collaborate with in-house doctors, writers, and designers to create YMYL-safe, EEAT-strong content that performs and builds trust
Technical SEO
- Conduct frequent site audits, flag indexation and crawl issues, and coordinate with Product and Tech for implementation
- Guide our migration from Shopify to a CMS without traffic loss, ensuring technical cleanliness throughout
- Improve Core Web Vitals and site speed in coordination with the frontend team
Performance Tracking
- Build GA4 + GSC-based dashboards to monitor keyword trends, landing page performance, and funnel behavior
- Drive experimentation for page templates, snippets, and internal linking; report on SEO test results with clarity
- Identify and lead recovery strategies during manual actions or sudden drops
Off-Page & Local SEO
- Drive Local SEO presence for Traya's new clinic brand Kibo (starting with Mumbai), including GMB optimization, citations, and UGC-rich pages
- Deploy ethical backlinking strategies through Reddit, Quora, YouTube SEO, and Parasite SEO-style platforms
Must-Have Skills
- 4 to 6 years of proven SEO experience in D2C, HealthTech, or any high-E-E-A-T category
- Deep understanding of topical authority, search intent, and clean information architecture
- Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Strong judgment on content quality must know what passes human quality checks, not just NLP ones
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams across tech, content, medical, and creative
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Shopify SEO and site migrations
- Understanding of review-based ORM SEO, Reddit/Quora-based acquisitionPrior exposure to long-form health/science content production
