Role Overview

The SEO Manager will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and supporting digital growth initiatives through effective SEO strategies. The role involves keyword research, content optimization, on-page and off-page SEO, analytics tracking, and coordination with content and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for digital marketing and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engine rankings
• Execute on-page SEO activities including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization
• Support off-page SEO activities such as backlink building and outreach
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Track rankings, traffic, and SEO performance metrics regularly
• Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for SEO-driven campaigns
• Conduct website audits and identify technical SEO improvements
• Prepare SEO reports, dashboards, and performance insights
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Skills & Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of keyword research and content optimization
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Understanding of WordPress or CMS platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or prior experience in SEO/Digital Marketing is preferred
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage
• Experience working on blogs, websites, or content platforms is a plus
