What You'll Do
You'll lead Pyrite's SEO function across multiple client accounts ensuring every engagement delivers measurable impact.
Your key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of 510 clients.
- Conduct high-level SEO audits, identify opportunities, and set growth roadmaps.
- Lead keyword strategy, content planning, and on-page optimization.
- Supervise off-page activities link-building, digital PR, and brand mentions.
- Partner with design, content, and web teams to ensure SEO-first delivery.
- Coach and mentor SEO Associates and Specialists; ensure process consistency.
- Build monthly reports that translate SEO metrics into business insights.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and refine playbooks accordingly.
- Contribute to Pyrite's knowledge base frameworks, SOPs, and case studies.
What we are looking for:-
A data-driven leader who's equally comfortable deep-diving into Ahrefs as presenting ROI to clients.
Must-have skills:
- 7-10 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and link acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small SEO team.
- Analytical mindset ability to connect traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Updated knowledge of Google algorithm trends, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
- Proven record of delivering consistent organic growth for clients.
