About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager with strong hands-on expertise in SEO and a clear understanding of how to use AI meaningfully within day-to-day SEO workflows.
The role should not be limited to content, blogs, or basic optimization tasks. We are looking for someone with strong SEO fundamentals who can also use AI tools, modern workflows, and evolving search behavior to improve execution, efficiency, strategy, and overall growth.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic quality, and overall growth
- Handle technical SEO, on-page SEO, website audits, indexing, crawlability, internal linking, and site health
- Build SEO strategies around search intent, content depth, user behavior, and evolving search trends
- Use AI tools and modern workflows to improve SEO execution across research, planning, optimization, and reporting
- Monitor Google algorithm updates, SERP changes, and AI-influenced search shifts, and adapt strategy accordingly
- Identify smarter ways to improve SEO output, speed, and workflow efficiency using AI where relevant
- Track, analyze, and improve SEO performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, and similar tools
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in SEO strategy and execution
- Good understanding of how to use AI tools practically within SEO workflows
- Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to improve research, ideation, optimization, and execution
- Strong fundamentals in technical SEO, on-page SEO, content structure, search intent, and website performance
- Ability to think beyond repetitive SEO tasks and bring a more efficient, modern, and adaptable approach
- Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and willingness to experiment with new ways of working
- Good communication and coordination skills

- We are not looking for candidates who have only used AI for basic content writing.
- We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to use AI in a more practical and thoughtful way within SEO to improve quality, speed, workflows, decision-making, and execution.
