Your Role:
This is an all-round SEO leadership role you'll be strategizing, scaling, and executing organic
growth campaigns that directly impact lead generation and brand visibility in global markets.
You come in as an organic growth strategist who knows how to make Google your best salesperson. A technical marketer who can turn a content piece into a lead magnet. An analytical mind that lives and breathes SERP dominance. A storyteller who aligns search demand with business value.
We're looking for someone who knows how to make SEO the backbone of brand visibility, authority, and pipeline acceleration and yes, it's much more than ranking for keywords.
What you'll own and execute:
- Work with the Head of Business Marketing and geo-business teams to conceptualize and execute data-driven SEO strategies across key geographies and service lines
- Lead keyword strategy from identifying opportunity gaps to optimizing for featured snippets and long-tail conversions
- Own technical SEO crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and all the bits that keep Google happy
- Audit, analyze, and optimize everything from meta tags to site speed to internal link juice
- Content partnership with writers and brand folks to build content that doesn't just read well but ranks and converts
- Competitor intelligence reverse engineer what's working in the market and outrank with strategic finesse
- Monitor algorithm updates and adapt proactively to maintain and grow rankings (yes, we expect you to spot the Google tremors before the rest of the world does)
- Report what matters organic traffic, keyword growth, CTR, bounce rate, domain authority, conversion flow, and the works
- Own the funnel ensure organic leads flow seamlessly into the pipeline and are nurtured by sales
- Experiment run SEO A/B tests, tweak meta titles, test anchor strategies, and track crawl behavior like a growth scientist

Who you should be:
- 6-8 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B tech or IT services environment
- Deep expertise with Google's SEO toolkit Google Search Console, Google Trends, Keyword Planner, Analytics (GA4), PageSpeed Insights
- Experience in conducting and implementing technical SEO audits
- Well-versed with leading tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog
- Strong analytical skills you don't just optimize, you quantify impact
- Excellent communication skills because you'll often be translating SEO into business language
- A self-starter who's not afraid to get hands dirty and test unconventional ideas
- Comfortable collaborating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Good-to-have skills
- Include experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), familiarity with content management systems (CMS), basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, and an ability to align SEO strategies with brand storytelling and lead generation goals. Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration with global teams, and a test-and-learn mindset round out the ideal profile.
Must-have skills
- Include deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and keyword strategy tailored for B2B IT services. Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog is essential. The candidate must also possess strong analytical skills to translate SEO performance into actionable insights and clear reporting for business stakeholders. Additionally, an understanding of Google algorithm updates, content-led SEO, and site architecture optimization is critical.
