As we scale rapidly across global markets, SEO will be a key driver of sustainable growth across both the US and international regions.

We're looking for a data-driven and creative SEO Manager to lead organic growth across Codingal's key web properties. You will be responsible for building and executing our SEO strategy across multiple domains and landing pages, leveraging both traditional and AI-driven techniques, including content optimization, programmatic SEO, and LLM-assisted workflows.

This role requires a deep understanding of SEO mechanics, experience in scaling high-traffic pages, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, content, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive organic traffic and qualified leads across multiple markets (India, US, Africa, etc.)
• Design and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap that aligns with business goals
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and intent-driven mapping for landing pages, blogs, and program pages
• Collaborate with content writers and AI tools (LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to scale SEO content creation efficiently
• Identify and lead LLM-powered content opportunities, including content clusters, zero-click content, and SEO automation
• Define and implement a strong technical SEO foundation: site speed, schema, core web vitals, crawl budget optimization, etc.
• Work closely with engineering to implement on-page and technical recommendations
• Own all SEO analytics and reporting: performance tracking via GA4, GSC, SEMrush, and other tools
• Continuously monitor competitor websites and search trends to adapt strategy
• Develop and execute effective backlink strategies (white-hat) with a strong domain authority impact
• Implement and test programmatic SEO strategies for scalable landing page creation and interlinking
• Report on progress and iterate based on data, experiments, and Google algorithm updates

Requirements:

• 35 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven success in growing organic traffic
• Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and recent Google updates (e.g., Helpful Content Update)
• Proficient in tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and how site architecture impacts SEO
• Experience with LLM tools for content ideation and production (e.g., prompt engineering for SEO, AI workflows)
• Familiarity with international SEO and experience optimizing for different geographies and languages is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Bonus: Experience with ed-tech or SaaS SEO, or working with high-volume content marketing funnels
