Search Engine Optimization Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical)
• Conduct keyword research (target keywords with volume > 5,000)
• Monitor site performance via GA4 and Search Console (traffic > 100,000)
• Run technical audits (crawl errors, core web vitals, indexation) using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush
• Collaborate with developers to apply SEO best practices during updates/migrations
• Optimize meta tags, internal linking, schema markup
• Align content calendars with SEO goals
• Lead white-hat link-building campaigns and manage backlink profiles
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes
• Manage email campaigns (newsletters, product updates, webinars)
• Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Coordinate with agencies/freelancers for timely content delivery

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years proven SEO experience
• Expert in GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Banking/fintech domain experience preferred
