Traffic Monks is a growing performance-driven digital marketing agency focused on delivering measurable SEO results for clients across multiple industries. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate SEO Interns who are eager to learn, experiment, and build real-world SEO experience.
You will work closely with experienced SEO Specialists and get hands-on exposure to live client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Support keyword research based on search intent and competitor analysis.
- Help execute off-page SEO activities such as guest posting, outreach, and backlink analysis.
- Assist in conducting website SEO audits and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Work on content optimization tasks including blog SEO structuring and keyword placement.
- Support tracking and reporting SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Assist in updating SEO reports and maintaining project documentation.
- Stay updated with basic SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Requirments
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
- Completed an SEO / Digital Marketing course OR practical project experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar (basic knowledge is sufficient).
- Strong willingness to learn and implement new SEO strategies.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Bonus Skills (Good to have)
- Basic understanding of WordPress or CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of content writing or blog structuring.
- Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.
- Familiarity with AI SEO tools and content optimization tools.
