The Role

We're looking for someone who understands how search works and how people discover businesses online.

You will:

Work on improving organic visibility for Startup Flora across search platforms

Conduct keyword research around startups, MSMEs, branding, and business growth

Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for better rankings

Collaborate with the content team to align SEO with meaningful content

Track performance using tools like Google Search Console and Analytics

Identify growth opportunities through search trends and competitor analysis

Support on-page and basic technical SEO improvements

You Should Be

Someone with 12 years of experience in SEO or organic growth

Comfortable working with data, keywords, and performance metrics

Clear on how search intent works, especially for business-related queries

Detail-oriented and structured in execution

Curious about how businesses grow through digital channels

Familiar with SEO tools (Search Console, Analytics, or similar)
