Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization Executive role based in Noida. The SEO Executive will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for client websites. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing on-page optimizations, running regular SEO audits, and monitoring site performance using analytics and SEO tools. The role also involves developing and managing link-building initiatives, coordinating with content and design teams to implement SEO best practices, and aligning SEO activities with broader digital and social media marketing campaigns. The SEO Executive will track, report, and analyze website performance, recommend improvements, and stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO, including metadata optimization, content structuring, and technical on-page best practices.
- Experience conducting comprehensive SEO Audits to identify issues, define action plans, and measure improvements over time.
- Hands-on expertise in Link Building strategies, including outreach, partnership development, and ethical off-page optimization.
- Working knowledge of Social Media Marketing and its integration with SEO to enhance brand visibility and traffic.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and SEO platforms).
- Ability to analyze data, create performance reports, and present clear recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing roles; experience in an agency environment is an advantage.
- Up-to-date understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and emerging trends in digital marketing.
