About the Role
Full-stack SEO ownership across a portfolio of client websites — on-page, off-page, technical, AIO & GEO and reporting with off-page assistance.
Key Responsibilities
• On-page: Keyword research, content briefs, title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, internal linking, image optimisation, schema markup
• Off-page: Backlink strategy and execution, guest posting, directory submissions, outreach campaigns
• Technical: Site audits, crawl issues, page speed, Core Web Vitals, robots.txt, sitemap, indexing fixes (with developers)
• Reporting: Monthly client reports via Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush with keyword movement, traffic insights, and next-month action plans
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions for 4–6 client websites
• Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers to push SEO recommendations live
• Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and adapt strategy accordingly
Must-Have
• 2 years hands-on SEO across on-page, off-page, and technical
• Working knowledge of GSC, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema, and basic HTML
• Strong reporting and client communication skills
• Active use of AI tools for content briefs, keyword clustering, schema generation, and audits (ChatGPT, Claude, SurferSEO, Frase, etc.)
• Adaptability to algorithm changes and evolving SEO practices
