About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of off-page and on-page SEO techniques, backlink strategies, and content optimization. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can enhance our online presence, improve search engine rankings, and drive organic growth through effective SEO practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Build high-quality backlinks through guest posts, directories, and outreach campaigns.
- Promote content across platforms like Medium, forums, and Q&A sites to increase visibility.
- Collaborate with content/design teams to create link-worthy assets.
- Conduct influencer and blogger outreach for SEO partnerships and mentions.
- Monitor and maintain a healthy backlink profile, disavowing toxic links.
- Track SEO performance using tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Benchmark competitor backlink strategies and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support keyword research and ensure proper on-page keyword usage.
- Assist in resolving technical SEO issues like broken links and crawl errors.
- Optimize internal linking, image tags, and page structure for better SEO results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 13 years of relevant experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Good understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website architecture is a plus
