Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for an SEO Executive with 1+ years of hands-on experience to join our team at noon. You'll play a key role in driving the organic performance of our brand website & app by implementing robust SEO strategies, executing technical audits, driving on-page and off-page improvements and closely collaborating with content and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Planning

  • Perform in-depth keyword research using tools like GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner.
  • Build topical maps and SEO-led content plans to boost topical authority.
  • Assist in creating monthly SEO roadmaps aligned with marketing and business goals.

Technical SEO & Audits

  • Conduct technical audits to identify and fix crawl issues, CWV bottlenecks, canonical errors, sitemap and robots.txt updates.
  • Collaborate with developers for SEO-first page structures, interlinking logic, and site architecture improvements.
  • Ensure regular schema markup implementations (FAQ, Breadcrumbs, Product, etc.)

On-Page Optimization

  • Write/optimize meta tags, headings, alt attributes, and FAQ content for all page types.
  • Provide recommendations on page content, internal linking, and UX-SEO alignment for both desktop and mobile.
  • Manage large-scale on-page optimization across landing pages, blogs, and product sections.

Off-Page & Link Building

  • Drive monthly backlink acquisition (forums, PR, social bookmarking, directories).
  • Perform competitor backlink analysis and identify opportunities to build high-authority links.
  • Identify and fix toxic links through backlink hygiene audits.

Content Collaboration

  • Guide writers on SEO-friendly content structure including keyword intent, tone, length, and headings.
  • Drive monthly blog strategy, optimize existing articles, and suggest new topics based on trends and gaps.

Tools & Analytics

  • Analysis tools: Google Analytics, GSC, Data Studio, Tag Manager, and CRO tools.
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports: organic sessions, rankings, CTR, goals, and conversions.
  • Monitor indexation, crawl stats, and site performance using GSC and Screaming Frog.

Must-Have Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in hands-on SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
  • Excellent command over tools like GSC, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Data Studio
  • Solid understanding of Google's ranking factors, CWV, schema, and content optimization
  • Strong Excel/Sheets proficiency for data tracking and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, CMS platforms

Good-to-Have

  • Experience with GEO, ASO and YouTube SEO
  • Understanding of international SEO (hreflang, localization strategies)
  • Familiarity with content clusters, keyword cannibalization, and intent analysis
