About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented SEO Analyst with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and search engine optimization. The SEO Analyst will play a critical role in monitoring, analyzing, and improving the organic search performance of our websites. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical SEO knowledge, and a proven track record of driving measurable organic growth. This role involves working closely with content creators, marketing teams, and web developers to ensure that SEO best practices are implemented across all digital properties.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical, on-page, and off-page optimization opportunities.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor website performance metrics including organic traffic, rankings, CTR, bounce rate, and conversions.
  • Analyze data from tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog, and provide actionable insights.
  • Recommend and implement on-page SEO improvements including meta tags, headers, internal linking, URL structures, and content optimization.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, slow page speed, mobile responsiveness, and indexation problems.
  • Track and manage backlink profiles and recommend strategies for quality link-building campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO alignment across campaigns.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and communicate findings to stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, site architecture, page speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword mapping, content strategy, and meta-data optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate across teams and report insights.
  • Proactive in identifying issues, troubleshooting SEO problems, and implementing solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years in SEO analysis, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or high-traffic websites.
  • Knowledge of local and international SEO strategies.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) in conjunction with SEO.
  • Prior exposure to CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
