The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking SEO Executive to drive organic growth across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms. This role goes beyond conventional SEO, focusing on AI SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to enhance brand visibility in AI-generated search experiences.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, content optimization, and technical SEO, along with a keen interest in evolving AI search trends such as conversational queries and LLM-based discovery.

- AI SEO & GEO: Optimizecontent for AI-driven platforms and implement GEO strategies to improve visibility in AI-generated search results.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research focusing on semantic, conversational, and long-tail queries aligned with user intent.
- On-Page SEO: Optimizemeta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking to improve content relevance and search performance.
- Technical SEO: Perform audits to enhance crawlability, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.
- Content Optimization: Develop andoptimizecontent for featured snippets, AI summaries, and strong E-E-A-T signals.
- Off-Page SEO: Execute link-building, outreach, and backlink management to improve domain authority.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using SEO tools and derive actionable insights.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular reports and recommend strategies to continuously improve SEO performance.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, ora relatedfield.
- 14 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4,Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Familiarity withAI search ecosystems, LLMs, and emerging trends in AI-driven search.
- Knowledge of structured data, schema markup, and semantic SEO.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving SEO trends.
