Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and patient acquisition for healthcare clients. Day-to-day tasks include performing keyword research, conducting on-page and technical SEO audits, optimizing website content and metadata, and managing link-building initiatives in line with compliance and healthcare regulations. The role also involves monitoring SEO performance, preparing analytics reports, collaborating with content and social media teams, and staying current with search engine algorithms and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, working closely with cross-functional teams to support integrated digital campaigns for hospitals, clinics, and wellness brands.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong keyword research skills, including search intent analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Candidates should possess solid on-page SEO capabilities, such as optimizing titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and structured data.
• Candidates should possess effective link building skills, including outreach, relationship management, and ethical off-page optimization.
• Candidates should possess experience in SEO audits, covering technical health checks, site architecture review, and content performance analysis.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with social media marketing as it relates to search visibility, brand authority, and content amplification.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and major SEO platforms) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend actionable improvements, are preferred.
• Relevant experience in healthcare or regulated industries, and a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, IT, or a related field, are advantageous.
