SEO Executive (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Full-Time SEO Executive to drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and increase high-intent traffic to the Chat360 website. The ideal candidate is analytical, execution-focused, and experienced in scaling SEO for SaaS or B2B websites.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Own and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy (Technical, On-page, Off-page)
• Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent B2B and SaaS keywords
• Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and product pages for SEO
• Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions
• Perform technical SEO audits including site speed, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and schema
• Coordinate content optimization with internal stakeholders
• Build and manage link-building and backlink strategies
• Identify and fix SEO issues such as broken links, redirects, and duplicate content
• Track SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with insights and action plans
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices
Mandatory Skills (Compulsory)
• Proven hands-on experience in SEO (Technical, On-page, Off-page)
• Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms and ranking factors
• Expertise in keyword research and content optimization
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and GA4
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, All in one SEO etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
• Experience working on B2B SaaS or enterprise websites
• Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and technical SEO implementation
• Experience with international SEO
• Exposure to AI-driven SEO or automation tools
