About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to manage and optimize SEO activities across multiple websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices and a proven track record of driving organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize SEO activities across multiple websites to improve search visibility and rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify ranking gaps to uncover new opportunities.
- Develop and execute innovative SEO strategies to drive organic growth.
- Conduct on-page optimization including meta tags, headers, content, site structure, and internal linking.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements to address site speed, indexing, and crawl errors.
- Implement off-page SEO strategies, including ethical link-building techniques.
- Manage content updates and SEO optimization on WordPress websites.
- Track and analyze SEO performance using tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment with SEO goals.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices to maintain competitive edge.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 13 years of hands-on experience in SEO with proven results.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- WordPress proficiency (content updates, plugin management, SEO optimization).
Expertise in SEO and reporting tools, including:
- GA4
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
- Screaming Frog
- Looker Studio (or any reporting tool)
- Excel/Sheets
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying ranking gaps.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS basics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
