Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven SEO professional with hands-on experience in Paid SEO strategies, digital space buying, and AI-driven SEO execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, content expertise, and a revenue-first mindset to scale organic growth while strictly adhering to White Hat SEO practices.

This role requires someone who understands SEO not just as traffic generation but as a direct revenue-driving function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid SEO & Media Buying - Execute paid backlinks, digital placements, and space buying aligned with ranking and revenue goals.

2. White Hat Link Strategy - Build authority through ethical, sustainable backlink practices.

3. Technical SEO Management - Identify and resolve crawl, indexing, and site performance issues.

4. AI-Led SEO Optimization - Use AI tools for keyword research, clustering, and content enhancement.

5. SEO Content Execution - Create and optimize high-quality, search-focused content.

6. On-Page Optimization - Manage keyword mapping, internal linking, and page-level improvements.

7. Performance & Revenue Tracking - Monitor traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue contribution from SEO.

Preferred Qualifications :

  1. Experience with tools like: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4
  2. Understanding of funnel optimization and CRO
  3. 1-3 years of prior experience in scaling SEO for high-growth startups
